In the original if you put one arm on one of the levers and pull the other one down with your mouse and let go it goes back up to the top. In scummvm if you do this the lever you pulled down with your mouse stays at the bottom. You can then take the other arm off and then you will have both levers down with no arms. As soon as you touch a lever the other will jump to the top.
Even though you can get both levers low you still can't get the mouth unless you put both arms on the levers. So this is a deviation from the original, but not harmful in anyway.
This is a very low priority.

Fixed. Though you'd need to go back to a save prior to putting either of the arms on the sliders for it to work properly.
