SCI: PHANT2: Using Computers: Shift File name and Note name text up a bit

In scummvm and the original engine the letters in the text for the file name and note can hang down and if they were shifted up a bit they would not. This is noticeable for "g".

Impact of change

I have added a picture of what the change would probably look like if I just do a vertical shift of all text in the From and Subject up.

The attached picture (y pos change.png) gives an example of a good looking case of From and Subject values that are centered, that the change would negatively impact since they would not be centered, vertically.

The bottom example in the picture shows how words with y and g letters would benefit from the change.

Another way to do it would be to individual only change the bad From and Subject cases that involve letters that hang down, but that would take a lot more work.

A third way would be to change the white rectangular regions where the text goes into so low hanging letters fit into it. This third way would have the same problems as the first way (text that was centered will now be a little bit high).
