Description
Game: Phant 2 GOG CD/DOS 001.0.06
ScummVM: 1.10.0git-4161-gcb3191a
OS: Ubuntu 16.04
When you die and it presents the menu to restart it shows the "W" cursor. If you click restart or load then it turns into a normal pointer and you must click again.
Could it go straight to the pointer and you would only have to click your choice once?
Probably in the original.

In the console it says Warning: [Audio32::play]: audio36.0(0, 0, 4, 1) could not be found!

Thanks for your report! The GOG release is broken and is missing required audio data. Normally some audio would play here and the cursor would switch back to the arrow cursor after the audio finished playing (or when you clicked to skip the audio).
The same problem is responsible for bug #10166.

I also get an audio warning that audio36.4000(15, 0, 64, 1) is not found when entering in the wrong number on the phone, so I guess that audio is also missing.

The necessary data for resolving this problem have been successfully passed on to GOG.com’s product team. At this point it is up to them to publish an updated copy of the game containing the missing data.

It looks like GOG may have finally updated the game to fix the missing sounds. I've only tried with the one that's missing when you examine the photo of your rat in your cubicle, though.
