TITANIC: Minor ending differences

1. For both endings Scummvm has the the credits text start at the the top of the screen while for the original they start at the bottom. They both go up correctly.

2. In the first part of the ending movies the cursor is shown for a few seconds, during this time both scummvm and the original show pointers still, but in scummvm if you go to the sides you can also get the turn left and right mouse pointers. Maybe the cursor could be hid as soon as the button is clicked on? You're not able to turn so its not a big deal.
