In the original if the player says top the liftbot will take him to the top and will say "Top of the world". He doesn't ask a question.

In the original if the player says bottom the liftbot will not take him down and will say something like he is being insulted.

I think it could be an enhancement to have the liftbot take the lift to bottom of the well if the players says bottom.

I double checked, and this matches the original. The Liftbot's responses to "top" depend on both the first and second dial setting. If you use the Cell Point Settings room, the Liftbot's controls are the first counter-clockwise. If you set the top dial to high, and the middle one to low, his response will be "Top of what would that be, Sir?"

As for the "bottom", I don't think there's any need for a code change. The game already accepts "bottom of the well" to do so, as well as other variations like "bottom well", and "well bottom". So that should be sufficient. Plus, of course, users can use the Remote tab icons as well anyway.

That's one of the things i liked about the game. Not only do the bots respond to so many different things, they took the effort to have many of them have different responses dependent on what the cell point settings were. Even though few people will ever hear many of them.
