GLK: FROTZ: Prompting for title screen keypress even if MG1 file isn't present

Description
If the MG1 file for Beyond Zork isn't present, it's still prompting for a keypress even though it wasn't able to show the title screen.
It looks like the glk_draw_picture and draw scaled methods are meant to return a result value (for whether the picture was present or not?), but are currently always returning false.
