Description
The Mac version's Sierra logo and introduction are often skipped when using a mouse. Others noticed this too: https://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?t=14315
This is easy to reproduce:
- Start the game
- Click through the first two message boxes
- Click and hold on the third, the screen will change to the logo, then release the mouse
- Releasing the mouse will skip the logo
What happens in practice is that the logo/intro quickly loads before the user releases the mouse during a normal click.
