MIDI volume is not reduced when character voices are speaking

Description

In King's Quest VI and VII (and maybe all other SCI games), when characters are speaking the MIDI volume remains constant and is thus hard to hear the voices on occasion. On real PC hardware (or dosbox) the MIDI volume is reduced so the character voices can be heard clearly.

Hi.
See the temporary release I've supplied at your old bug report - https://bugs.scummvm.org/ticket/6686#comment:63 - it solves this problem as well.
But since issue #6686 was migrated from SourceForge, I'm not sure that you've got a notification, therefore I'm updating here as well...
