Description
Running ScummVM 0.5.0 (release) under win32
If I try to specify the SFX, Music, or Master volume levels when playing BASS, the values get ignored.
For example, I ran G:\scummvm>scummvm -m1 -o1 -s1 -psky-floppy sky and the music/sfx were as loud as they usually were (they should have been almost totally silent).
Oddly enough, the in-game music volume bar (in the F5 menu) was at the bottom, but adjusting it had no effect.

I didn't specify anything special for music, and there's nothing in the config file. As far as I can tell, it's using Windows MIDI.
Also, sound effects weren't being affected either (during the intro, the helicopter noise and the crash were still played at normal volume).

fixed, as far as possible. because of our backend, the sfx volume is still ignored for CD versions, though.
