GUI: Until RTL is supported, don't choose RTL (right-to-left) languages, at least not by default
The GUI's default language is the OS' default language.
But until it's possible to display the GUI right to left (see #11204), please don't choose such languages by default, because this becomes siht.
It then feels like working in the dark in having to find the options to select English instead.
Maybe even consider not even allowing to choose such languages at all for now.
But in any case don't choose them by default. Stick to English if the OS has a RTL language.
