Description
When I load a saved game the background sound that was playing in the room when I saved (e.g. in the power station) is not restarted.

Hmm. Yes, indeed. BASS has seperate flags to indicate if a sound should be saved or not... I wonder why, as I can't think of a reason why a looping sound shouldn't be restarted after restoring a game. I guess I'll just change SkySound so that looping SFX are automatically saved.
