Description
In the Covenant Garden location, after using the Look at action with the girl selling flowers, the graphics of the menu interface appear corrupted (see screen and savegame attached).

Did a workaround for that specific instance to be on the safe side. When the conversation is triggered, it now flags to abort any current action in progress.

I can reproduce this on scummvm 2.3.0git22086-g49a5fd6ebe on Win64 using the provided save.
The problem here is that there's a dialogue that appears when Holmes is next to the girl. If you issue the "look" command as soon as you enter the room, he'd walk next to her, trigger the dialogue and then the "look" command would execute as well and mess up the screen.
If you instead walk around the room, resolve the dialogue, and the "look" at the girl, everything is normal.
