    11After clean install, some options in the Graphics settings like Filter Graphics and Stretch mode have a state that is not correctly reflected in the GUI.

    3 Filter Graphics seems to be enabled, and Stretch Mode set to "Stretch to Window", *however* the GUI shows Filter Graphics checkbox as unchecked, and Stretch Mode as <default>

    55To make them consistent via a hacky workaround the user has to check the Filter Graphics, click Apply, then uncheck Filter Graphics and Apply again.

    88- Filter Graphics disabled
     9- Aspect ratio correction enabled
    910- Stretch Mode Fit to Window
