Here is the separate post you wanted. You have to face the mat from the right at an angle before pressing enter with the correct line highlighted. I other sides and it only worked on the right at an angle.
Sorry for the delay as I don't get a lot of time to post between work and all.

Noticed that some doors won't open by pressing enter when correct dialog is highlighted. You have to walk up to then and let the game do it. I'm not specifying the doors as its not a big deal as long as the game will open them and they were mentioned in another post. No save game unfortunately.
