Description (last modified by )
Recently I just noticed (in my end) that the PlayStation version of Broken Sword Shadow of the Templars crashes ScummVM. I have all the data files from that version, and adding it to ScummVM, but when I added the game and start it, it crashes ScummVM. It works before, but in the later versions it crashes.
I think it has an error regarding bad_alloc.

Did you extract the videos in the STREAMS folder as explained here?https://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php?title=Broken_Sword_1

I can't reproduce it either. I played the game up to the point where you first meed Nico (so not very far, admittedly). I have a European version of the game, if that makes any difference.

I don't have the PlayStation version for the full game, so I tried the demo, but I could not reproduce the issue. So it looks like somebody with the full game will need to have a look.
If you have more details, such as the last ScummVM version that worked, I think it could be useful.
Note: I did find, and fix, an issue with the demo when it tries to play some music, but I think this issue is specific to the demo.
