Ultima IV: horse combat bug

Description

If I am riding a horse, I can skip a space with every move by tapping the "Y" key to Yell Giddayap. If I want to move normally, I can then tap the "Y" key another time to Yell Whoa.

While I'm in Giddayap mode, if I encounter an enemy, all of my party members will suddenly skip two spaces when they move. This is not correct behavior. In combat, players should only be able to move one space, no matter whether the party is mounted on a Horse in Giddayap mode.

On a related issue, sometimes, in combat, my party members are able to move infinitely around the screen before attacking an enemy. This is also not correct behavior. Party members should only be able to move once per turn. Unfortunately, I am unable to reliably trigger this second bug.

I've at least fixed the main bug of the story about horse combat, so I'll mark this story as closed. Kudos on discovering the problem. I'll keep an eye out for the party movement issue to see if I can ever replicate it.
