BLADERUNNER: Restored Content missing clues from KIA and other bugs

Hey there, I was playing the blade runner game the restored content version and noticed that several of clues were not listed in the KIA after you discovered them. These clues include

big man limping (you get this by talking to and paying the homeless man in act 1)
Tyrell security guard interview.
Dragon fly collection (Peruvian womans findings)
Early Q interview (When you point your gun at him in his office)
Crazy legs interview
Dragonfly belt (when you talk to Dektora about the belt)
Guzzas cash (when you ask him for more money in act 2)

Also there are some other bugs.
Not losing any money when you buy the stew from Isabella
The hotspots on Zuben and Morajis bodies being very small
After talking to Lucy in the Hysteria hall maze she randomly runs around and then just disappears.
When talking to Dektora in her dressing room after you reveal who you are and then click on the vase she will tell you not to touch that. However the Dektora interview clue of her saying the flowers were a gift from her lover will be in the KIA even if you did not click on the vase before.

I will be attaching a save file. I did not give money to the homeless man on this one but that situation is pretty self explanatory
