CHEWY: Cutscenes too easily skippable

Reported by: afreickmann Owned by: bluegr

Description

Also when it is in general a welcome feature to skip whole cutscenes, the cancel button is way too trigger happy. I often had it happen that the cutscene was dropped because I was cancelling the dialogue (convenience/#13594). I even have not seen certain cutscenes starting, as they were immediately skipped, when cancelling the last dialogue before playing the cutscene.
If possible, I would add a delay (unresponsive time) when playing cutscenes, so that you are not able to accidently skip the cutscene. If this is not possible, maybe its possible to skip lines/scenes only via double click.
At least the skip function should get bit overworked.

As the original doesnt support skipping cutscenes and this is a feature, I would keep it as a defect, not a feature request.
