TINSEL: Some items can't be placed in inventory in Discworld in version 2.6.0

Description

Once the ladder item is taken out of the luggage, it can't be put back.
Fertiliser can only be put in Rincewind's pocket, not into luggage at all.

Both of these things work fine in 2.5.1
