English DVD version of Schizm not detected

The wiki refers to the possibility of using the English DVD version of the Schizm game. This version isn't detected since it doesn't even appear in "detection_tables.h". If you need some data to add it, I can provide it.

It used to be assumed that the English DVD and digital versions were the same but that turned out to not be the case. Can you run these commands to get the info for it?

Also, is it using an installer on the disc that has a package (e.g. a .CAB or .PAK file) or is it all loose files?

The schizm.exe and 0001_a.wav files doesn't exist. Instead there is a setup.pak file which looks similar to the disk1.pak file of the Polish and English DVD versions. Here is the md5 of that file:
setup.pak: eaaed2f6655342b4c320bdeb6f5ccfb9 (first 5000 bytes), 272655597 bytes

I don't have access to the DVD version so this may take a few tries. I've committed a change in b7b09f58d5986af549a69d6bea19d5ee73755847 that may fix this issue. Can you try it in the next build?

Also, are you able to compile ScummVM or do you need precompiled builds to test things?
