FREESCAPE: Dark Side needs to have more keys in its keymap to be playable on touchscreen devices

Description
In order to correctly play Dark Side, beside movement/shooting, at least we need:
- A button to enable/disable the jetpack

This is already working. The left/right shoulder are not very easy to access, but they are working, if the user select the right configuration.

This is already added in the keymapper bind it to the
JOY_LEFT_SHOULDER/JOY_RIGHT_SHOULDERbut it is unclear if it can be used from ios.
