multilangual interface does not work

Description
In ScummVM 0.5.1 the interface was in German when i used german system. But in 0.6.0 the interface is in english. Only the pause-message is in German. But I found German text with hex editor browsing scummvm.exe

You most certainly won't find german text in ScummVM - there never was any, in no version, ever!
It is true that in the past, we did grab some strings from the *game data files*, instead of hard coding them. So if you played a german version of a game, you'd see some texts in german (or whatever language your data files were in). We removed that since not all texts we needed were present in the game data files, and not all games included translations at all.
However, scummvm.exe never had german text in it .

That is a part of ScummVM 0.6.0, not 0.5.1, more specifically, part of the Sword1 module.

i see. But would be nice if scummvm would support different languages in the gui.
I would translate it to german.
