TOOLS: simon1decr doesn't compile under MINGW

Description
The version of simon1decr which is in CVS refuses to compile under MINGW (see attached file for output) and this has been the case for a long, long time. Surprisingly, the version which was included in the 0.5.0 package and in the 0.6.0 package can be compiled without any problem.
Using MINGW 3.1.0 and Msys 1.0.9 under WinXP.

No idea, never had a problem compiling simon1decr under mingw. I just updated simon1decr for last Windows snapshot too. I'm currently using GCC 3.3.3-1, but never had problem when compiling with GCC 3.2.3 in the past either.

Fingolfin's latest change ("fix lineends") seems to have fixed the problem. This kind of things seems to be a problem for MINGW (though I have no idea why I seem to be the only person to notice it).
