Description
When i try to start BSII on my Linux desktop Scummvm completly collapses. Scummvm for windows ends with the message cannot OPEN cd.inf. (The cd.inf file is in the folder /SWORD2 whereas scummvm recognizes BSII in the /clusters folder. )
I am using: Broken Sword II German (German title :Baphomets Fluch II) (PC), Suse Linux 9.1 Kernel 2.6.5.-7.104 the current daily build of Scummvm 0.7.0 CVS, Win 2k Scummvm 0.6.1b, respectively

I don't have my Broken Sword CDs within reach at the moment, but what happens if you select the top-level directory on the CD, instead of one of the sub-directories? The BS2 engine knows to look in the "video", "sword2" and "clusters" sub-directories, but I'm not sure how clever the game detector is...
On the other hand, playing the Broken Sword games from CD isn't very well supported currently, mainly because at least in the English version there are files that ScummVM expects to always be able to find which are only on the first CD, not the second. It's possible that the "extra path" work that has been done recently goes some way towards fixing that, but I haven't looked any at it.
Does it work if you install the game on hard disk manually, following the instructions in the README file? Specifically, the section on "Multi-CD Games".
