queenrebuild forces to compress file

Description
according to the queenrebuild source, compressing (mp3, ogg, flac) is optional, however if you invoke it using
queenrebuild queen.1
to just rebuild without compressing it shows the help screen.
joostp confirmed this as a bug on IRC and asked me to post it here
version used by me: tools 0.7.0
