Sounds similiar to this bug: <https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php? func=detail&aid=1210390&group_id=37116&atid=418820>
Alas, w/o more information, we can't tell.

To process your bug report appropriately, we need you to provide the following additional information:
* ScummVM version (PLEASE test the latest CVS/Daily build) * Bug details, including instructions on reproducing it * Language of game (English, German, ...) * Version of game (talkie, floppy, ...) * Platform and Compiler (Win32, Linux, MacOS, ...) * Attach a save game if possible * If this bug only occurred recently, please note the last version without the bug, and the first version including the bug. That way we can fix it quicker by looking at the changes made.
This should only take you a little time but will make it much easier for us to process your bug report in a way that satisfies both you and us.
Thank you for your support!

Sounds like another case of a corrupt speech file. The Hebrew version of Simon the Sorcerer 2 still uses the English speech file
What is the exact filesize of your SIMON2.VOC file ? What is the MD5 checksum of your SIMON2.VOC file ?

Where can i find the SIMON2.VOC file? And ah... "What is the MD5 checksum of your SIMON2.VOC file ?" Huh?! How do i check that?

Ok...my VOC file is EXACTLY 150,417kb. My second question still waits for an answer...

MD5 is a "cryptographic hash function". It takes any file and generates a 16-byte checksum (which is typically written as a 32-character string).
You can find more information than you ever wanted to know about MD5 at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MD5 but the practical use of it is that if your file has the same MD5 sum as a known good copy of the file, then yours is almost certainly identical to that file. If it has a different MD5 sum, the file is different (and thus probably damaged).
Naturally, there will be several different files that generate the same MD5 sum - that always happens when you use a hash function to map a large set onto a small one - but it's very hard to cause such collisions even deliberately. Small changes in the input causes large changes in the output. That's what "cryptographic" means in this context.
