Description
This occured using the cvs version of 18-10-2005 on win32.
I compressed the sound (music and speech) to MP3 using compress_sword1 together with LAME 3.98 on standard settings and extracted the 'scummvm' reencoded video packs to the 'video' directory.
On startup of the game a msgbox pops up saying: Segmentation Fault (SDL Parachute Deployed) and scummvm crashes. No video or audio is being played.
This doesn't happen when using the same datafiles in the 0.7.1 stable version.
Hope this helps, if you need any more info, just let me know.

I'm terribly sorry. I don't know what happened yesterday, but it turns out I set my game path wrong. Correcting this fixed the issue...
Don't understand how I got it to run using 0.7.1 though, the versions use the same ini file...
Anyway, thanks for the quick response!

If it happens at the very beginning, I assume it's when it's supposed to be showing the Restore/Start/Quit dialog. The song being played in this case is 2m29.
If you move the 2m29.mp3 file so that ScummVM can't find it, does it still crash? If not, what happens if you replace it with any other MP3 file you may have lying around? What happens if you try to listen to 2m29.mp3 in a music player, e.g. WinAmp?
