First off, for Full Throttle, the selected music driver is irrelevant, as it does not use MIDI to generate its music, but rather pre-sampled digitial audio data.
For the rest of your report, I have a hard time making sense out of it. First off, ScummVM in general does support MP3 and Ogg compressed data files. They are implemented *inside ScummVM*, and it is irrelevant whether your phone/computer/device ships with dedicated support for any of them.
Anyway: Ae you saying you don't get music because you are using Ogg or MP3 compressed versions of the data files, but the Symbian (?) version of ScummVM you are using does not support Ogg/MP3 compression? Or what else ... ? Please clarify.

In fact, no game had sound until I tried Sam & Max without me changing any setting whatsoever. So problem resolved as it started to work by itself. Thanks anyway.

In fact this is a codec issue as I have a compressed version of the game. It would be nice that 3rd Party codecs such as OGG, MP3, AAC, etc.. are implemented accordingly in newer versions of ScummVM as not all handsets are supplied or are comptabible with such sound formats.
