Description
Using SCUMM's save dialog, I have slots 1-5 used for one "save group" and slots 11-15 used for another.
In the launcher's 'Load' dialog, they will all be displayed in slots 1-10, with saves 11-15 having the wrong indexes of 6-10.
Since I may have "meaning" attached to the the indexes, the Load dialog should display the correct indexes near each save. It's even better to conform to SCUMM's load dialog by displaying the empty slots as well.
The current load dialog presents another usability problem. Suppose I download a savestate from the internet. Since I already have a file named samnmax.s03, I rename the new file to samnmax.s30. After opening the Load dialog, I will see no entry in slot 30.

I totally agree that the original slot index should be used here. I disagree though that empty slots should be shown, some engines might use special slots for special save files, KYRA for example uses slots 990 to 999 for quicksaves, thus it would be rather bad to have all slots till 990 filled with empty strings.
I committed a fix for the slot preserving.
