COMI: SCUMMVM exits with error before start

Description
I installed SCUMMVM 0.12 on WINXP English SP3. Added the game COMI, and when I press Start, then the following error message appears in the command line:
User picked target 'comi' (gameid 'comi')... Looking for a plugin supporting this gameid... Scumm Engine Starting 'The Curse of Monkey Island' Assertion failed: isspace(*ptr), file engines/scumm/string.cpp, line 1408

Yes, thanks, it was the problem of a faulty langauage.tab. I recopied it, and it's running just fine.

Good then :-). I guess it would be nice if we displayed an error instead of crashing when encountering bad data files. Maybe one day...
That message would indicate that your language.tab file is damaged somehow... Try recopying it from your CD, does that help?
