SCUMM: script dumping (-u) doesn't work

Description
This is probably due to error in commandline parsing. When the _dumpScripts member variable of ScummEngine is hardcoded to true, dumping works.

Works fine for me with latest SVN and these two commands: mkdir dumps ./scummvm -u samnmax
