Sorry for the late response - gmail has been junk mailing these comments.
sev: The physical medium the game was on was a 1.44MB disk which I later copied on to a CD ROM for safe keeping, so I would assume it would count as the floppy edition. The OS mediums I used it on was then a dual boot installation of Ubuntu 8.10 and Windows XP Professional Service Pack 1.
I assume by thebluegr and the detection of agi-fanmade, that it's made with the AGI engine (for which engine medium).
Sorry if I'm rambling on, but I am unsure of which medium was needed, so I provided all of them.

I forgot to add that I tested this on Windows XP PRO SP1 and Ubuntu 8.10, so it's probably OS independent.
