Description
Built on Aug 30 2002 11:48:37 win E.G. in Monkey1 when the shop keeper opens the safe, you should hear a click with each lever movement, but some clicks seem to be overlapped and appear as a louder click. Same think when knocking on Smirk's door, open the beast's doors at meat hoak etc. In Monkey2 it is obvious at the woodsmith's hammer, the innkeeper's wooden leg etc.

Hmm... I wonder if it could be related to sound driver and/or operating system. I've never noticed anything like that under Linux at home, but at least the woodsmith's hammer sounded a bit funny when I tried it under Windows on a different computer.

Marek, I assume you can still reproduce this in current CVS? If so, in which games exactly, besides Monkey1? Concrete test cases would help to debug this.

I just tested it. The latest version sounds fine in all games. I tested it with MI1CD, MI2, Indy4 and DOTT.
