Description
Scummvm 1.0.0, iphone 3GS, Cruise DOS/Floppy/French This is not really a Cruise bug per se, but the issue I have affects Cruise gameplay. I don't think there is a way on the iphone to generate a LEFT + RIGHT mouse click together, and this is needed to bring up the game menu in Cruise (without it, no loading/saving/...etc) I wasn't really sure whether to post this in Bug or in Feature Request; and also it's not just Cruise specific as there are probably other games out there that require both buttons pressed together. Should this better be fixed at the game engine level or at the scummvm iphone GUI level? Thank you

As far as I can see it's not implemented (the usual way to access it ingame is hold one finger and swipe down the other; doesn't do anything in Cruise). I have read in the forums though that Future Wars (which uses the cine engine) has F10 implemented on iphone by pressing the " key on the iphone keyboard in portrait mode (but I haven't confirmed that myself, maybe the relevant developper can help). That would be a workable solution in Cruise as well.

Pressing the " key on the keyboard brings up the in-game menu (so it's equivalent to F10 command)!!!! Is this implemented in scummvm iphone by default for all games ? If you can confirm it then maybe it would be good to just to add it to the iphone wiki page and close this tracker ?

Pressing " on the keyboard (in portrait mode) brings up the menu, All functions inside work perfectly (load, save, restart, quit). Thank you

Interesting point.. in Cruise, the Game Menu is accessed (at least on the PC) either via clicking both mouse buttons or pressing the F10 button. You're right that it may be problematic for stylus systems.
If I may ask, how is the GMM handled? If it's already implemented, then we could leave it at this - It has better functionality (saving and loading) than the in-game menu. The only thing is doesn't have is the 'Start Again' option, which IMHO isn't a major loss anyway.
