Description
Cruise (DOS/Floppy); iphone 3GS; Scummvm 1.0.0pre043300 Clock stays stuck at 1.20pm. This is normally passed by talking to Juloi (outside Daphne's cabin) about the pocket watch then about Niklos' death. The clock should then advance to 1.30pm but it doesn't.

You bet I am! This is a game that I loved to play so much, but there are some really annoying back and forth situations, and the 1pm-ish is one of those... I'll try that part again then! Thanks for the headsup, I'm closing that ticket. (and very sorry for the time waster).

Admit it - you're playing through the game using a walkthrough, aren't you? :) I had a similar problem myself when I first got the game working well, and needed to play all the way through.. the walkthrough I used got me to 1:20pm, and then I encountered the same problem you describe.
I finally realised that the game wasn't letting me go further because there was some conversation option with some NPC you're meant to have done by that point that wasn't included in the walkthrough. I therefore visited everyone I could find and quickly clicked through all the conversation items. Then, returning to the cabin, it then worked.
