Description
As shown in the screenshot: Some parts of the GFX gets clipped, reproducible at the shown location. This happens to the still standing sprite as well to idle animations, always the upper right corner.
Happens on current SVN and at least 0.13.x. Tested on Linux and Wii.

Haven't seen that glitch in other spots.
I'm not familiar with the SCUMM internals, but isn't it possible to hardcode a fix for this room? Afaik ScummVM contains other fixes which were not present on the original interpreters.

Possibly. Though it hardly seems worth it to me. At least not if (as it seems to me) you have to stand in the right spot and then wait for the right idle animation. I never managed to trigger it with the normal, standing still sprite myself. I'm adding a note about it to the wiki so that it won't be completely forgotten though.
(I'm never sure what resolution to set on these. "Invalid" seems too harsh, so I'll use "Wont fix".)

This happens when running the game in DOSBox as well, if you're standing near that particular spot. My guess is that the game thinks Bernard is behind the wall covering part of the stairs.
