Description
Overview ---------------- There is an issue with the double-click speed in Discworld2. The problem has been discussed before on the forums but apparently not added to the bugtracker or fixed, yet. http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?t=8084
Bug details ------------------ When DW2 is added to ScummVM the value "dclick_speed=6" is set. This is too fast, a value of 10 is about comfortable for a human. The user can set it to 10 by manually editing the ScummVM config file but this is not very user friendly. Unlike DW1, there is no ingame control to set the double-click speed in DW2, so editing the config file manually is your only option to set it to a sane value.
Platforms and versions ------------------------------------ I have this bug occur on; Linux Kubuntu 9.04 64bit with the 1.1.0 svn 47985 and on Windows XP32 1.1.0pre 48232 with Discworld2 CD/DOS/ENGLISH (European version)

Me too. Though personally I don't see any problem with setting a longer default double click period - it won't affect the people who already double-click fast enough, and it will mean those with slower reflexes can still play the game smoothly.
This is more a feature request than a bug, but if there aren't any objections I'll go ahead and increase the time when I have a moment.

Hehe. Well, call me a slowpoke but I am definitely not the only one complaining. This popped up multiple times in this thread; http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?t=57&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=345
DrMcCoy seems to agree too;
Yes, that's a known glitch. A workaround is manually editing dclick_speed in the DW2 section of your ~/.scummvmrc. 10 seems to be a reasonable value
Anyway, thanks for fixing

Hm, the double click speed seems quite fine to me. Maybe I am not a human? :)
