Description
King's Quest 6 (CD/Windows/English) ScummVM version: 1.2.0 SVN 51294 OS: Windows 7 x64
Near the beginning of the game, if you try to read the boring book you get from the bookshop, but only on the screen with the tree and nightingale, the game will immediately crash. The console message is: "Uninitialized read for temp 0 from method rm210::scriptCheck (script 210, localCall, ffffffff)!"
If the book is used on any other screen, it will not crash.
Something else of note -- if you click the "Hand" icon within inventory on that same screen, and Alexander is standing in the top left of the screen and is visible, the top of his sprite will be chopped off. Not sure if that's related. Doesn't happen on any other screen.

Quick update -- it seems that trying to run any animation on that screen causes problems. Using the invisible ink on Alexander there results in the exact same error.
