ScummVM: 1.2.0svn52419 (Aug 28 2010 09:25:46) OS: Windows XP Game: Lost in Time Parts 1 & 2 v1.000 (CD packaged as Sierra Originals) Language: US
ScummVM reports files missing that are not available on the CD. I've also noticed that the swimming effect at the start of the game isn't being shown (where she wakes up), might be related.

Those warnings are completely normal, it's how the game scripts probe which version you have.

Could you try loading this under DOSBox and running the install / setup to see if these files are extracted on install?
