Description
When played through ScummVM, Quest for Glory 3 does not play actual sound effects. Instead, it plays MIDI-emulated sound effects that are usually used when the game detects that no SFX hardware is present (or sometimes due to bugs in the original game engine). ScummVM should use the real sound effects instead of the emulated ones.

It just plays what you select. If you use MIDI/MT32, you need to also select "Mixed Adlib/Midi mode" for sample output. Additionaly you may simply switch music output to "Adlib" to get it as well.
