Description
I've attempted using the 1.3.0 (Jun 11 2011) build only to find that the mouse doesn't follow my finger when using a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1" Android Tablet (or any 1280x800 screen I would suppose). Can you configure it to recognize these newer Android tablet resolutions so that the mouse will stay in perspective? When I currently swipe around the screen the mouse gets further away from my finger as I get closer to the tablet edges... its only really right under my finger when I am directly in the middle of the screen.

This sound like you might be in the wrong i.e. touchpad input mode. Though the control option for this is currently mapped to the "Mixed AdLib/MIDI mode" checkbox until the GUI is updated for per-port / per-game options. This is explained fully in the README.android I indicated.

Please read through the following as it describes the input control system: https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/blob/master/dists/android/README.Android
Reading through this, may also be of help: http://forums.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?t=10066&sid=8b9442580422ca3b896a21dc60d9b334
If this still does not help, please try downloading the latest daily build and seeing if the control system there works: http://www.scummvm.org/downloads/#daily
If you could update this bug with the results of this i.e. whether this is now fine, or whether there is a "real" issue here.. Thanks.
