Description
Immediately after starting a new game (right after the title screen) you are prompted to enter your name. But the field to enter your name is placed incorrectly on the screen, text imput does not appear to display and the games freezes if you attempt to contiune after entering a name. Rendering the game impossible to start. The game works just fine on the official 1.3.1 release but does not on the August 25 2011 1.4.0git1802-g0382e99 build for the Win32.

This also fails for me in the DOS versions of both SQ1 and SQ2. SQ1 hangs, and SQ2 segfaults.
