Summary: | Mouse over the fish......game crashes → TONY: Assertion on Fish Description Mouse Over |
---|
Assertion failed: nLett < _nLetters, file engines/tony/font.cpp, line 89
is the error causing this.
This looks like an issue with an accented character or other issue in the Italian description of the fish.
@cesco76: Could you please try this on the latest v1.7.0git development daily build from here and see if the problem is still occurring with the latest code state: http://www.scummvm.org/downloads/#daily

Raising all identified crasher, hang, and memory violation bugs which I could not fully triage myself to blocker priority for the next release.

I tried reproducing this on the English Steam version and the fish bowl from the screenshot isn't even there when I load the attached save.
So I tried again with the Italian Steam version with the same result.

Thank you for testing, tsoliman! Since you were unable to reproduce the bug from the attached game I will close this as outdated for now. If it is a problem again in the future please go ahead and reopen this ticket with a new save game and complete reproduction instructions.
...oh I almost forgot the savegame
