Description
Talkie/DOS/English version of FotAQ from ScummVM website. ScummVM 1.7.0
In the hotel room, talk to the door, there is a graphical glitch on joe.

I am assuming that you are talking about the first scene of the game when Joe is locked in the Hotel Room. If so, I can not replicate any graphical glitch here with Linux x86_64 and the latest git master.
Setting this bug to "works for me" pending. It will be automatically closed in 14 days unless you update it with further information.

As this can't be replicated, closing as "works for me". If this reoccurs and can be replicated, this bug can be reopened.
