The bugreport mentions Cleopatra's Needle, but that part is already completed.
You next steps are:
- Take the train to Cambridge
- Examine the books in the background ("Betrachte Bucher")
- Now talk to Fleming (there's a new topic)
- After the long speech, go to Thomas Pratt's home
- Tell the woman that Pratt is dead
and the game proceeds normally. Anyway, I attached a save (complete all dialogue options with mrs Mason and Watson to proceed)

Ah, this is the German version. Apologies, but I don't actually have it, so I can't actually test your problem. And even if I did have, it would likely prove difficult to understand the German enough to figure out any action that may have been missed.
The best I can suggest for now is to wait and see if anyone else with a German version of the game is able to progress further than you did, and supply a savegame. Maybe you could mention that in the forum thread. Not sure how many other have the German version though, so it may end up taking a while, sorry. I'll leave this bug open for now, since I can't confirm whether it's a genuine bug or simply something missed.
