Description
Ok, call me crazy :P
Not really sure how EGA-to-CGA color remapping worked on good old XT systems... But if ever feasible, I believe it would be nice to have a new switch (much like "Amiga palette") to turn the EGA palette into a four-colour CGA one. The output result should be very interesting, especially with a hq2x scaling filter!
It is extremely low priority of course :o)

For future reference: scumm 3/4 games use a VAR_VIDEOMODE setting of 4 to indicate CGA mode, it is often used in scripts.

Both CGA and Hercules modes are implemented in CVS. Future plans: o Correct ditherer for Zak & MM o EGA mode for SCUMM v5 VGA games which supported it o indy3st B/W mode?
