Reencoding of cutscenes to a more dreamcast-friendly format could be needed.

yes, would be finde to see this game on a dc but also curse of monkey island, the dig and full Throttle.

Maybe DXA video playback would help here?
Considering I have no idea what the problems with the cutscenes on DC are in the first place, though, this is just a wild guess....

In particular, it's unclear to me ... * ... what the original problem is (that was never clarified) and * ... whether the new DXA movies work on DC and finally * ... if they work: are things better with DXA movies?
