Description
when starting ScummVM in fullscreen mode (on WindowsXP) always the main or primary monitor is used. I think there should be an ability to choose one of the other monitors as fullscreen aim.
I have four monitors on my PC and the first 3 of them are 21'' with 2048 x 1536 as resulution, but the 4th. is an old 14'' wich is perfectly for old games but when i want to use it i have to change the cables at first.

Unfortunately none of the developers have this setup. From the other hand it is OS which manages on which display should it out an application window and it's not ScummVM problem. Even if it was, then it is not ScummVM but SDL graphics library which ScummVM uses for all system-dependent output.
