ScummVM 0.4.1cvs Built on May 19 2003 10:55:54 under WinXP
In Indy3 256 i get a random seg fault when i play for a long time. I really don't have a clue about what triggers it, because it really happened in many places (never twice at the same place). And it only happenned a long time after i started scummvm. That's why a save game would be useless. Also i had the feeling it always crashed exactly when i was clicking. But i'm not sure.
Another segfault can be found when Indy dies and the game is supposed to stop. I've attached 2 save games. The 1st one says Costume 30 is invalid. The 2nd one makes a segfault.

Please only look at the 2nd part of the bug report, because the 1st part seems to be related to #740281. Sorry for mixing them.

Ok i've tried another death and this time the music before death doesn't stop (i have 2 musics at the same time). Then i i come back to the fight instead of quiting the game. But then there are many graphic glitches, and a crash quickly occurs without parachute. Try indy3.s19

Just to exclude the various buglets fixed in the music code in the last few days: does this a) still occur with latest CVS b) occur with 0.4.1

Ok, here is a little update:
segfaults: - 0.4.1 release: In the catacombs top view i get a segfault very easily while i walk. - latest CVS (compiled today): I don't get that segfault, and i have tried many times (without using a save game!).
indy's death: - 0.4.1 release: I cannot try because scummvm always crashes in the catacombs (and the first fight is in the castle). - latest CVS: After the death message i come back to the previous room (the fight), but this time indy is still dead, and the room picture is still messy. And then if i try to do anything (closing scummvm, pressing F5) i get a crash without parachute.
I'll post new save games here.

So the crashes are fixed, I gather. And the second part of the "bug" is actually the restart opcode being triggered, which is not yet properly implemented (i.e. not at all, actually :-)
