OpenGL render support in SDL render

Description

Adds OpenGL render support in the new sdl.cpp (from 4th of May, 2002). Advantages: bilinear filtering in fullscreen mode without loss of speed with 3d OpenGL accelerators.

It needs the fb2opengl.h routines (it's being sent too).

I wonder if this will still apply against current CVS?

Also, what does the patch do if OpenGL is not supported - can it still fallback to the "traditional" output?
